Main principles and terms.

• Customer - agreement participant, who made a bet with the Company.
• Wager - agreement, concluded between Customers and Company, according to which the looser must satisfy his obligations. Concluded in a form of accepting bets from betting participants, on conditions offered by the Company betting line.
• Betting Line – list of events and outcomes with their winning odds, offered by the Company for betting.
• Bet – money deposit, considered as one of the ways of securing Customers fulfillment of obligations before a Company.
• Bet Result – results of events, for which the bets were made for.
• Odd – different rates of event outcomes, offered by the Company.
• Team events use term “home” (accepting teams) and “visitors” (visiting teams), except for the following: a) rounds taking place in one city (international events - country); b) event is the final stage of any cup competition and is a one game event. In bookkeeper betting line “home” teams are in 1st place (marked “1”) and “visitors” at 2nd place (marked “2”). In other cases numbering of participants in betting line is conditional and data regarding the location of event is of purely informative nature.

Types of bets

Company offers the following types of bets for events:

• “Single bet” – bet for a single event outcome. “Single bet” win is an equivalent of betting sum multiplied by the odd, set for the specified event outcome.
• “Multi bet” – bet on simultaneous outcomes of different, independent from one another, events. “Multi bet” win is an equivalent of betting sum multiplied by the sum of odds for “multi bet”, which is calculated by multiplying the odds of all outcome events, included in “multi bet”. “Multi bet” can include any combination of independent outcome events of different kinds of sports. “Multi bet” is considered a win, when all events included in “multi bet” have won. Loss of a single event outcome is considered as a loss of the whole bet.
• “System” - full combination of “express” of the same size, picked by Customer. “System” win is an equivalent of “express” sum win, included in the “system”.
• “Express line” – additional daily list of events, for the outcomes of which bets are accepted with higher odd payout and with Special conditions. Playing “Express line” allows a significant increase of “express” odds n comparison to regular line, increases the Customer’s chances when playing with maximum “express” odds (O= 200) on the account of event decrease.
  When making the bet Customer must mark the type of bet: “Express line”.
  • Maximum bet amount – equivalent to $40 USD.
  • Total number of events in a single “express” – min three.
  • Maximum “express” odd - 200.
  • “Systems” are not accepted.
• “Conditional bet” – bet on a few “singles” or “expresses”, consisting of independent events.
  
  In case, when a Customer wants to bet a sum on a particular sporting event, which exceeds his/her balance, he may use a credit, offered by the Company as part of his/her initial security deposit. In this instance, the sum of the Customer’s bet required to enter a sporting event can reach any required by the Customer sum. Such scheme has already become popular among Customers and is called “conditional bet”.
  
  Customer is offered to independently pick the order and sum of chain bets and make only the first bet installment of the whole chain. “Bet rate” is introduced at this point. After completion of each bet, included in chain, a sum is calculated for the account. Initially it amounts to the sum of first bet. The following rules apply to conditional betting:
  • If after a bet, the sum in the account is not lower than the sum of the following bet, than the next bet is considered valid.
  • If after a bet, the sum in the account is smaller than the sum of the following bet, but is not lower than $0.05 USD, then the next bet is considered valid for the amount, which equals to the sum in the account.
  • If after a bet, the sum of the account is equal to 0, less than $0.05 USD, then all following bets in the chain are considered invalid and the chain is broken. Remainder, less than $0.05 USD is paid off.
  Sum, which is left in the account after all bets of the chain are adjusted, is subject to payment.

   

“Expresses” and “systems” cannot include different events of the same match, different bets on the same player of the same event (for example, win in the tour and the match), as well as being directly tied. If any events are added to "express” or “system” as part of the current match, then the current bet should be canceled, even if computer program accepting the bets did not block the bet automatically. Final winning odds of the above listed events are determined with consideration of peculiarities of odd determination for some outcome events (handicap odds, totals, etc.) as well as canceling or postponing the event, as stated in conditions. When paying out such outcome events, the odd equals to ‘1”.

 

General conditions

1. Company accepts bets for sporting and other types of events. All bets are accepted strictly according to the currents rules, confirming that the Customer is aware of the following rules and fully agrees with them.
2. Company has the right to, without previous written notice, make any changes and additions to the following rules and conditions, deposit and withdrawal sums of the betting accounts. Customers are informed about it with corresponding announcements. Conditions of the previously made bets do not change and are legitimate from the date they are posted, and are subject to changing rules.
3. Registration of individuals who have not reached the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Company has the full right to block access to the account, until person(s) has reached the age of 18.
4. Customer has the obligation to provide honest and correct information about him during the registration process. For the security purpose, Company demands the Customer to provide copies of documents confirming the identity in electronic form. This demand is obligatory when performing financial operations.
5. In case of detecting fraud, associated with financial operations, controlling the betting account, etc. Company in a mandatory way documents such cases and sends the facts to law enforcement agencies for further investigation, depending on which country the Customer is from.
6. Customer takes full responsibility for confidentiality of account access password and the answer to the security question. In case of any suspicions, contact technical assistance in order to temporarily block access to the account and resolve any issues. It is recommended to change the account access password from time to time. All bets made after legally accessing the account are considered valid. All financial operations are made only on behalf of the Customer and on behalf of the account holder.
7. Company does not take responsibility regarding direct or indirect losses, caused by temporary unavailability of access to the site or other part of the service.
8. In case of any discrepancies between the Russian version of these rules and their translated version, the Russian version is considered the correct one.

Main outcome types offered for betting

9. Bets are accepted for straight win of the first team (marked “1” in the line), tie (marked “X”) or win of the second team (marked “2”). Bet is considered a win, if You have correctly predicted the outcome result.
10. Win of the first team or a tie - is marked "1Х". To win with such outcome the first team must not lose, meaning the team must win or tie. Not a tie (Win of first or second team) - marked "12". To win such bet one of contestants must win, meaning a tie cannot occur. Win of second team or a tie - marked "Х2". To win this bet, the second team cannot lose.
11. A customer can bet on matches with handicap (marked “H”). After the match the Customer adds up the defined handicap to the score of the chosen team. If the score for the chosen team is correctly predicted after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a winner. If the score is draw after the handicap has been added, the bet will be returned. In "express" it will count as odds "1". If the other team wins after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a loser.
12. Total (marker "Total") - the sum of goals (pucks, etc.) scored during the match. To make a winning bet the Customer must correctly predict over (Ov) or under (Un) X goals that will be scored during the match. Individual total (iTotal) - how many goals (pucks, etc.) the chosen team will score. The Customer must bet Over or Under. If the score hits the spread, the bet amount will be refunded and in "express" the odds will be calculated as "1".
13. Qualifying (marked "Qualifying") - bet on the team to be qualified to the next round of competition. Qualifying of a participant. In these bets it is necessary to predict who will reach a certain stage of competition (for example semi-finals, quarter-finals, finals, etc), or what place a contestant will reach in a tournament (group, etc). If the scheduled tournament participant, for some reason cannot participate then all bets for the event with his/her participation are equaled to the odd “1”.
14. A “buy” is allowed in football, hockey and basketball matches - increase of positive or decrease of negative handicap. The winning odds are equally decreased at the same time. In hockey, basketball and football (except for special situations) when playing “total” (the sum of scored pucks, goals and scored points) a “buy” is also offered, though the winning odds are equally decreased. A “sell” is offered for basketball matches – decrease of positive or increase of negative handicap. In “sell” the winning odds increase.
15. In “top seed”, a Customer can bet on a team, which he thinks will seed the highest at the end of the tournament. Additional conditions for accepting bets may be stated in the line.
16. Home – Visitors.
    a) Win of home team or visiting team in selected matches with a handicap. A win is determined by the difference in scored goals (points), gained by home and visiting team with addition of a handicap.
    b) Predicting whether the sum of scored (gained) goals (points) by home and visiting team in selected matches will be over or under the offered total.
    c) Quantity of wins, losses or ties by home or visiting team in selected matches. Other types of bets are offered as well. If one or more of offered matches did not complete, got canceled or were postponed, then the bets made on “home-visitors” are refunded.
17. Double Asian handicap – is bet on event with a handicap, in which handicap (H) is a multiple of 0.25 but not 0.5, for example: H = - 0.25, + 0.25, - 0.75, + 0.75 and other. Such bet is interpreted as two (simple, “halves”) bets with the same odd and with the closest regular handicap odd (H1 = H - 0.25 and H2 = H + 0.25). Sum of each “half” bet is equal to half the sum of “Double” bet.
18. Double bet on Total – Is a bet on Total, in which the Total (T) odd equals to 0.25 but not 0.5., for example: T = 2.25, 2.75, 3.25 and other. Such bet is interpreted as two (simple, “halves”) bets with the same odd as the closest regular Total odd (T1 = T - 0.25 and T2 = T + 0.25). Sum of each “half” bet is equal to half the sum of “Double” bet. Below are shown four examples with detailed explanation of such “Double” bets.

    Example 1.

Both half bets are won by the Customer. In that case the payout sum (S) will be S = k* C k – is the winning odd, stated in the line. С- sum of the Customer’s bet. For “express” payouts the odd K=k is used Example 2. One half bet is won and the second is to be refunded. In this case S=(k +1)/2 * C, and for “express” payout the odd of K=(k +1)/2 is used. Example 3. One half bet is refunded, second one is a loss. In this case S= 0.5 x C, and for “express” payout the odd of К=0.5 is used. Example 4. Both half bets lost. In this case S= 0 and the “express” payout odd is К=0.

19. Company also has the right to offer other kinds of bets.

Conditions of accepting bets

20. Bets are accepted based on lines – list of upcoming events with odds offered by the Company for the following outcome events.
21. Changes in line (handicaps, winning odds, totals, express limitations on the maximum betting sum, etc.) can occur after any bet, but the conditions of the previously made bets remain unchanged. Bets are accepted only for the sum available and not exceeding Customer’s account balance.
22. Sum of bets on any event cannot exceed the stated maximum sum of that line during a single gaming day (according to line, dated that day). Bets for the same event, after reaching the maximum betting sum of the event, will not be accepted.
23. Bets are accepted before the start of the event. Bets made after the event start (for any possible reason) are considered invalid and are to be refunded and are excluded from the “expresses”. Exception is made for ‘live’ events – bets are made during the event. Such bets are considered valid until the event has finished, the bet is considered invalid and is refunded if for some reason it was made after the event has finished. Updating of results during “live” events is purely informative. A result shown by mistake in this situation does not cancel the bet. Company does not bear responsibility for correctness of results during “live” events.
24. Date and time of the event, stated in the line are of informative nature. Wrong date shown in the line is not a reason for bet cancelation. In such case the bets are considered valid if they were made before the event start. Time of the event start when accepting bets is considered the actual time of the event start, which is determined by official information (web sites which the Company uses to collect information), authorities which manage the events, match, etc.
25. Company is not held responsible for absolutely correct translation of players names, team names, city names, place of the event for which the bets are made.
26. In case of personnel error or computer glitches during accepting bets (obvious errors in odds, unreasonable odds in different positions, etc) and other cases, proving the mistakes in setting the odds, the Company has the right to cancel such bets. Management of the Company has the right to cancel any bet that was made, due to a wrong line, even after the event has started.
27. Customer cannot change or cancel the bet after confirmation.
28. Communication glitches and other technical malfunctions on the Customer’s side cannot be the reason for bet cancelation, if the bet had been registered on the account.
29. Loss of password cannot be a reason for bet cancelation.
30. One Customer is allowed to have one betting account. In case of discovering interconnected accounts (by name, email, ip access address, etc.), Company has the right to block access to the account until it is resolved. In case of legitimate discovery of reasons and proof of a person holding multiple accounts, Company always has the right to block access to the account and canceling the bets, while pursuing its own best interests.
31. Customer cannot allow third party to use his/her account.
32. Company reserves the right without any explanations and previous written notice deny any bet to a customer or limit the sum of the maximum bet.

Special conditions

33. If the events did not take place in set time, were postponed or canceled, then all bets are paid off with the odd of “1”. In exceptional situations Company reserves the right to keep the bets, but no longer than 72 hours from the time of the events’ start, as stated in the slip.
34. In case the match was moved to a neutral field the bets will stay unchanged, if it is moved to opponents’ field – the bets are refunded and will be excluded from the “expresses”. In case the match is transferred from one city to another the bets remain valid and will not be refunded, regardless of the filed they are played on.
35. In case of canceling or changing of result (protest, doping, etc.), the primary result is considered valid for payment reasons.
36. If one of the players in tennis refuses to continue the match regardless of the reason (or is disqualified), all unplayed games and sets will be counted as his/her loss. The result of the match and the payout will be calculated from this score. If the disqualification or refusal happens before the game is started, all bets will be refunded.
37. If there is more than one winner (team) in the competition then the bets made for competition win with those participants (teams) will be paid out with the odd of “1”.
38. Results are considered valid, when they are announced based on official protocols of matches and other official sources. Video replay is not considered an official source.
39. Customer has the obligation to make bets according to the current rules, because in case of an error, no matter, which the guilty party is and until it is resolved. Company reserves the right to pay out with the odd of “1”.
40. If the Customer gains a negative balance due to recalculation in bets or incorrect result input, his/her account will be blocked until he/she deposits the negative amount. Otherwise the Company reserves the right to not accept bets from that Customer. Bets made before recalculations, remain valid.
41. Claims of Customers are accepted by email by our assistance service at (support@pmbet.net) during 10 days after the issue took place (from the first day).

Financial limitations

42. Minimum bet for any event equals to $0.05 USD in the account betting currency.
43. Minimal bet for one play in the system equals to 1/3 of the minimal sum of the event.
44. Maximum winning odd for the “express” bet – 200. “Expresses” which have the winning odds exceeding maximum are paid off with the odd of “200”. The payout sum cannot exceed the maximum payout for a single bet.
45. Maximum betting sum for an event depends on the type of sport and the event and is determined by the Company per individual sport , as well as for an individual event and bet and can be changed without any previous written notice. Company reserves the right to limit the maximum sum for separate events, also to implement or remove special limits for individual Customers without previous notice or reason.
46. Maximum win per single bet is equivalent to $10000 in the account betting currency.

VIP bet

47. 47. If you wish to bet a larger sum, which exceeds the allowed maximum, then you can make a VIP bet. In order to do so, the following conditions must be met:
    • You must have a sum in your account which exceeds the maximum allowed bet. For example, if you wish make a bet on an event in English Premier League (Premiere League), which has the maximum allowed bet sum of $3000 USD, the remainder left in your account after making the bet must exceed that sum.
    • Minimal “VIP bet” is an equivalent of $500 USD in the betting account currency.
    • Your bet must be single, express or a system.
    • “VIP bets” do not include “live” events.
    • “VIP bets” do not include “express line” bets.
    • “VIP bet’ must be made at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the event.
48. If all above stated conditions are met, the Company will consider accepting your “VIP bet”. No later than 15 minutes a decision will be made and your bet will either be accepted completely or completely denied. The result regarding acceptance of the “VIP bet” or denial will be stated in your “betting history”. For your attention: if your “VIP bet” will be denied, you can still make a maximum bet on the event.
49. Maximum bet winning sum of “VIP bet” is equivalent to $100000 USD.

Registration and account depositing rules

50. In order to open a new betting account and make a first bet, it is required:
• register on www.pmbet.net website in Registration section;
• deposit money into your betting account using the current available methods;
51. For full control of your betting account it is necessary to know the password and the answer to a secret question, which you picked during registration.
52. Access password is picked by the Customer during registration process. The password may consist of any symbols and can be changed by the Customer at any time after authorization process. We strictly recommend that you change the password from time to time.
53. When registering the Customer has the ability to select the best payment system for financial operations. Change of payment system can be made only if there are no funds in the account and there aren’t any unsettled bets in the account.
54. All betting accounts are settled in EURO currency.
55. To make deposits using VISA and Mastercard banking cards, the Customer does not necessarily have to open a EURO bank account. International payment systems automatically convert any currency into EURO according to current bank rates.
56. Payment cards must be open to making internet transactions. Otherwise, contact your card issuing bank to remove the limitations.
57. Deposit times and commissions may change. Current rates and conditions can always be found on “Make a deposit” site. In case a Customer makes “empty” and nonsense deposit transactions, the Company reserves the right to set individual commission rates for future financial transactions for the Customer , not exceeding 5%+0.4 EUR per transaction.
58. The company does not bear responsibility for any other extra commissions or limitations the Customer may have with third parties. The Customer can find the additional conditions and rates at those financial institutions.
59. In case of a delay in transferring the deposit funds, Customer should contact technical support (support@pmbet.net) right away.

Rules for withdrawing the funds from the account

60. Winnings of completed events are transferred to the account after the official results of the events were announced on the official web sites.
61. Customer has the right to request withdrawal of his/her funds from his/her betting account at any time.
62. In order to withdraw funds from the account the Customer must pass verification process. In order to pass verification, the Customer must attach a copy of his/her identification document (passport, driving license) to his/her profile. The document must clearly show name, last name, photo and date of birth. Customer can store 2 files, not larger than 400 Kb, in his/her profile. In case of verification failure for any reason, customer will be notified about it.
63. Funds can only be withdrawn using the payment system chosen by the Customer during registration process.
64. Change of payment system is possible only after the balance of the account is 0.
65. Timelines, conditions and commissions regarding funds withdrawal from the betting account may change and can always be found on “Payout” page. In case a Customer makes “empty” and nonsense withdrawal transactions, the Company reserves the right to set individual commission rates for future financial transactions for the Customer , not exceeding 5 EUR per transaction.
66. Actual deposit of funds into Customer’s banking account will be made during 3-5 banking days.
67. Transfer of funds to Customer’s banking card can be done only to VISA and only to the same card the customer used to deposit the funds. If you have changed any banking card information or if the deposit was made using other payment system, you must make minimal deposit using any valid VISA card (issued in any currency) in order to “open” the transaction for withdrawing the funds from the betting account. Amount of transactions to withdraw the funds using VISA cannot exceed the amount of transactions used to make deposits using that same card, but it has connection with the amounts transferred. The sum of a single transaction cannot exceed the equivalent of $50000 USD per day.
68. In order to withdraw funds from the betting account to VISA, Customer must not necessarily open a banking account in EURO. International payment systems automatically convert any currency into EURO according to current bank rates.
69. Company transfers the funds strictly to name, stated in the account and excludes the possibility of transferring funds to any third parties.
70. Customer bears full responsibility for providing correct information when making a withdrawal request. If any incorrect or untruthful information was provided, the Company will deny the transfer request unlit correct information is provided.

Individual sport rules:

Football

The bets on football are determined by the result of the match in regular playing time.

1. The football bets are available for one team to win or draw or with handicap.
2. When betting with handicap, half goal buying is available. This will decrease the odds (for each match individually according to the line).
3. Betting on the amount of goals to be scored (total). If the amount of goals falls exactly on the spread the bets will be refunded.
4. In a cup competition which consists of many matches a bet named Qualifying to the next round is offered. The outcome of this bet is defined by the combined score of the relevant matches.
5. Bet on the productivity of each period: More goals will be scored in the 1st period than the 2nd - 2.35; More goals will be scored in the 2nd period than the 1st - 1.45; If equal number of goals is scored in each period - bets will be refunded.
6. Betting "who is better on goal difference ". For comparison two teams are offered from two different matches. Better team will be determined by goal scoring difference. When the difference is the same – the bet will be refunded. Bets for “who is better on goal difference” are not accepted for expresses, systems, conditional bets with offered teams.
7. The Customer can bet on the individual total of each team (with the odds on the list). If the amount of goals scored falls exactly on the spread the bets will be refunded. The customer can bet on the double result: The customer can bet on the double result: 1X - win for home team or draw; Х2 - win for away team or draw; 12 - win for home or away team.
8. The customer can bet on the progress of the match: a) bet "match result" - on the outcome of the match; b) bet "halftime - fulltime" - on the outcome of the match at halftime and at fulltime; c) goal in first period - betting if there will be a goal scored at 1st period or not, "yes-no"; d) draw after 1st period - "yes-no" - predict whether there will be a tie in first half, “yes – no”; e) bets will be accepted on the time of the 1st goal, the team to score first, total on the 1st and 2nd period and other bets that can be seen on the daily line. f) bets statistical results of an individual player in a match (quantity of goals scored, fouls, yellow cards or red cards, etc.) are canceled if the player does not play in the starting lineup. A scored goal is considered a goal scored in the opponents net.
9. Bet "home-visitors". Betting on the home or away teams to cover the handicap. Bet "round total". Betting against the handicap on the total amount of goals scored on the round. The customer can place bets on the following events on the playing round: a) amount of home wins; b) amount of draws on the round; c) amount of away wins; d) amount of goals scored by away teams, etc.
10. If one of more matches are postponed and not played to finish within 80 hours, the bets will be refunded for bets "home-visitors" and "round total".
11. Betting forms "home-visitors" and "round total" are not allowed in "expresses" with matches of the same round.
12. The betting forms "amount of corners, yellow cards, shots on goal, offside, ball possession percentage and fouls" will be offered with handicaps and totals (and individual totals). Second yellow card that results in removing a player from field is counted as both: another yellow card and red card. A player will be counted as sent-off if he has been on the field at the time of being sent-off.
13. Betting form “when will the first (last) goal be scored” in the match, with indication of time intervals between scored goals. It is offered to predict in which particular interval the first (last) goal will be scored. With a final result of 0 -0 – payout will be done with the odd of “1”.

Ice Hockey

1. The ice-hockey bets are available for one team to win or draw or with handicap.
2. Betting on the amount of goals to be scored (total). If the amount of goals falls exactly on the spread the bets will be refunded.
3. When betting with handicap, half goal buying is available. This will decrease the odds (for each match individually according to the line).
4. Betting on NHL, European Leagues (Finland, Czech, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, etc.), Russian Leagues (RHL, Superliga), World Championships, Euro Hockey Tour and Olympics is on 60 minutes only (no extra-time) except in some pre-determined cases.
5. Bets on the productivity of each period, in which period there will the biggest amount of goals scored. The odds can be seen in Table1. If all periods are equal, the bets will be refunded. In RHL (Superliga) and European Leagues betting on the productivity of periods is not offered.
6. The Customer can bet on the individual total of each team (with the odds on the list). If the amount of goals scored falls exactly on the spread the bets will be refunded.
7. In NHL the Customer can bet on the progress of the match: a) win for one team or draw or win with handicap, offered for a pre-determined period; b) number of goals scored in a pre-determined period; c) betting on the time of first goal, first team to score and other forms of betting; d) betting on how many points a pre-determined player will score, goals and assists will be added together in a pre-determined match; e) betting on shots on goal, penalty time, individual player results are accepted with over-time included, but without shoot-outs.
8. Betting on "home-visitors". a) betting on the difference of goals scored by home and away teams compared to the handicap; b) betting on the amount of total goals scored by home and away teams compared to handicap; c) bets on the following events on the playing round (how many goals will home teams score, how many goals will away teams score, how many home wins, how many draws, how many away wins, how many points will home teams get, how many points will away teams get etc.)
9. If a match (matches) is not played till end, then the bets on "home-visitors" will be refunded.
10. The bet "home-visitors" is not accepted in "expresses" with other betting events of the same round.
11. Betting on "comeback win" in a game. The team which received a “comeback win” is the team, which was losing during the game, but came back and won during the regular time.
12. If a NHL match is not for some reason played on the same day as mentioned on the list, the bets on that game will be refunded.

Tennis

1. The following bets are offered on tennis: a) winner of the match; b) exact result in sets; c) handicap for match in games and sets; d) handicap for amount of sets in match; e) amount of games and sets played in match; f) amount of aces by a player in match; g) amount of double faults for a player in match; h) winning player determined by set wins; i) whether there will be a tie-break or not (result 7:6 or 6:7).
2. The results and statistics will be committed from the official sites of the tournaments.
3. All bets are valid until the end of the tournament.
4. Information on the playing surface in informative only. If playing surface is changed, bets will remain valid. The betting Company accepts no responsibility for wrong information about the playing surface mentioned on the line.
5. If one of the players in tennis match refuses to continue the match regardless of the reason (or is disqualified) all unplayed games and sets will be counted as his/her loss. The result of the match and the payout will be calculated from this score. If the disqualification or refusal happens before the game is started all bets will be refunded.
6. If the rules are changed (a 5 set match is changed into a 3 set match or vice versa), the bets on the following: a) winner of the match; b) winner of 1st set; c) handicap for games in the 1st set; d) total of the 1st set; will be accepted with the odds offered on the list, bets on other bets will be refunded.
7. If in team competition one or many players will be changed in the team, no matter which reason, the bets on the match and qualifying to the next round will remain valid. If the players have been nominated on list in doubles and one of the players is changed, the odds will be calculated as "1". If the players have not been nominated on the list, the bets will remain valid.
8. If the 1st place will be shared (2 or more winners) bets on these players to win the tournament will be refunded.

American football

1. In American football the Customer can bet on one of the teams to win or win with handicap. The bets are accepted with overtime included, unless otherwise stated.
2. Betting on "total" (total sum of points scored) is offered. If the total falls on the spread the bets will be refunded.
3. "Buying" is not allowed in American football.
4. If the match is not played till end on the day mentioned on list, the bets will be refunded.
   

Baseball

1. In baseball the Customer can bet on one of the teams to win or win with handicap. In case of a tie the bets will be refunded.
2. Betting on "total" (how many points will be scored) is offered. If the total falls on the spread the bets will be refunded. Betting on individual totals is allowed.
3. If there are two matches played on the same day and the betting Company offers odds only on one match, the result in betting is determined on the score of the 1st match.
4. Bets on the result of first 5 innings are calculated by result after complete 5 innings. The match is considered to be played till end if minimum 5 innings are played. Exception is when the game is tied at the time the game stopped, then the game is not considered played and all bets made on the game will be paid out with the odd of “1”.
5. If there have been five and half to eight innings played then bets on handicap and total will be refunded. In this case bets made on “home-visitors”, as well as quantity of wins of home and visiting teams will be paid. Other outcomes will be refunded.
6. If the game is not played to finish on the day marked on the list, the bets will be refunded.

Basketball

1. Bets in basketball are accepted with a possibility of overtime, except for bets on straight wins and ties (1, X, 2, 1X, 12, X2) – on these outcomes, the bets are accepted only on wins in regulation time.
2. Total (both teams, one team). Betting is offered for total on the total sum of points of both teams, as well as only one team.
3. In some specific matches betting on periods is offered. In some games betting is offered on most scoring and nonscoring quarters.
4. It is offered to bet on amount of points, rebounds, points scored by player from one of the teams according to line. In case the player does not play in the game the bet will be refunded.
5. “Player duel”. In this bet it is offered to predict who of the players will score the most points, assists and rebounds. In case one of the players does not play in the game, all bets will be refunded.

Volleyball

1. Handicaps and totals in a volleyball game are shown in points, unless stated otherwise in the line.
2. Bets are accepted for: a) win in game or set; b) total of game or set; c) handicap in a game or set; d) whether a tie-break will occur in a game (in volleyball, the fifth game is called a tie-break).

Water Polo, Handball

1. The following bets are offered on water polo and handball: a) win in a game; b) goal handicap; c) reaching the next round.
2. When hitting the “handicap”, all handicap bets are refunded.
3. Bets are accepted only for regulation time, unless stated otherwise.
   

Formula-1

1. The following bets are offered for “Formula – 1”: Betting on the winner of the race. Winner is the driver, who takes the first place in final classification. Betting on the podium position (places 1-3). Defined by the driver`s position in the final protocol. Bet "Finish - No finish". Prediction on whether a driver will finish the race or not. If a driver is qualified, he is considered to finish the race. Bet "Fastest round". Which driver will drive the fastest round. . Bet "Who is better". The Customer predicts which driver in a pre-determined pair will finish in a higher position after the race. If both drivers retire, the driver that finished more laps is the winner. If both drivers retire on the same lap, the bets will be refunded. Bet "Which team is better". Two pre-determined teams are put in pairs and the customer predicts which team will perform better. The better team will be determined by: a) which team has more drivers to finish the race and be classified; b) if both teams have the same amount of classified drivers, the better team is defined by adding up the sum of drivers ‘positions. The smaller sum, the better a team has performed. (If the sum is the same for both teams, the bets will be refunded). If drivers are changed in teams after the line has come out, all bets on these teams will be refunded. The places of drivers are defined by the official final protocol, published immediately after the end of the race. Possible disqualification of drivers or protocol changes is not taken into account in betting.
2. Warm-up lap is included in race result.
3. In disputable situations regarding winner, bets and podium bets the results will be determined according to the price giving ceremony.
4. All bets are valid until the stage is finished, regardless of possible change of start time or date.
5. The following bets are offered for qualification stage: Bet on qualification winner. Winner is the racer, who received first place in qualification round. Bet "Who is better”. It is offered to bet on the winning driver of the offered pair. Winning driver is the driver who shows better qualifying time and who seeded higher in the qualification table according to protocol. Bets on the driver, as well as bets on a driver in comparison to other drivers, who did not pass qualification, are refunded.

Boxing

1. The following bets are offered on boxing: a) winner - includes winning on points, knockout, technical knockout, opponent disqualification or refusal to continue the match; b) early winner (before end of set rounds) - includes knockout, technical knockout, disqualification and opponents refusal to continue the match; c) winner on points - determined by judges decision after all rounds; d) draw - determined by judges decision after all rounds; e) progress of the match. Betting on the amount of rounds and the last round. In betting, only completely finished rounds stand. If a boxer does not enter the ring after the gong, the match is considered to end in the previous round. If the number of rounds is changed, all other bets are valid except the number of rounds and bets on number of rounds will be refunded.

KENO (20 from 80) (Ukraine)

1. The following bets are offered on Keno: a) whether a number will be drawn; b) whether the first number will be smaller or higher than the total published on the line; c) whether the last number will be smaller or higher than the total published on the line; d) whether the smallest number is odd or even; e) whether the first number is odd or even; f) whether the highest number is odd or even; g) whether the last number is odd or even; h) smallest number: higher or smaller than the total published on the line; i) highest number: higher or smaller than the total published on the line; j) sum of numbers - higher or smaller than the total published on the line; k) how many numbers - more or less than the total published on the line; l) how many numbers: even > odd, odd > even, odd = even.
2. Odds for these betting forms are available on the daily list.
3. Different forms of keno betting on the same draw cannot be included in "expresses".

Superlotto (6 from 49) (Ukraine)

1. Field Hockey

1. The bets on field hockey are determined by the result of the match in regular playing time (except in special cases).
2. Buying of half ball is allowed in totals and handicaps. In these cases the odds will be smaller. If the score falls on the spread -the bets will be refunded.
3. Betting on individual totals is offered (if odds are available). If the score falls on the spread the bets are refunded.
4. Productivity of each period - not available.
5. If the match for some reason is not played till end in regular playing time, bets are refunded.

Biathlon

1. Betting on winner. Winner is determined by the official protocol. If there is more than one winner - bets will be refunded. If one of the participants mentioned in the list does not start, bets will be refunded.
2. Bet "Who is better". The Customer predicts which competitor in a pre-determined pair will finish in a higher position after the competition (team in relays). If both competitors retire or one them does not start, the bets are refunded.
3. Betting on the number of target misses of all participants. If the number of target misses falls on the spread all bets are refunded. If a participant does not finish - bets are refunded.
4. Comparison - which participant has the biggest amount of target misses in a pre-determined pair. The Customer should predict which of the two competitors will make more target misses. If the amount of misses is equal, bets will be refunded. If one of the competitors does not start or finish the competition, bets are refunded.
5. Comparison - select a team whose member finishes higher on the final protocol.
6. The final results will be determined on the website www.biathlonworld.com immediately after the competition. Possible changes after that like disqualification will be disregarded.

Billiards, snooker, darts

1. The following bets are offered for billiards, snooker and darts: a) straight win of player in a game; б) bet on round in a match with handicap; в) total sum (total) of rounds in a match.
2. All bets on a match remain valid until the end of tournament.
3. If in a match one of the participants refuses to continue for some reason or is disqualified, then all unfinished rounds are counted as a loss and the bets are paid for the completed rounds only. If one of the participant refuses (is disqualified) to participate before the match begins, the bets will be refunded.
4. If the protocol is changed, then bets for participant’s win in a match are settled accordingly and bets on handicap and total are refunded.

Rugby

1. In rugby matches, the bets are offered on straight win of one of the teams in a match, tie and with a handicap
2. Bets are accepted for a sum of goals (“total”). If the total hits the spread – the bets are refunded.
3. When betting on a straight win of one of the teams or a tie, the bets are include only regulation time. When betting on a handicap and “total” – overtime is included.
4. If the match was not played on the announced day for any reason – bets will be refunded.

Golf

1. The following bets are offered for golf:
   • Comparison of two participants of a tournament. The winner is the player with the lowest result. In case of a tie the bets will be refunded.
   • Total of points of 1st place - score of a player who won the tournament.
   • Total of points of 2nd place - score of a player who finished second in a tournament. If there are more than two second place winners, only one of the results is considered.
2. Player score – hits, made by a player during the tournament (holes).
3. If one the players retire from the tournament, the second player is considered a winner. If both players retire from the tournament, then lowest remaining score will determine a winner.
4. If a player is disqualified after the tournament has started or retires after two rounds, retires during the tournament, the second player is considered a winner.
5. If the player is disqualified during 3rd or 4th rounds of the tournament and second player has already been disqualified from the tournament, then the disqualified player (3rd, 4th round) is considered a winner .
6. All results are taken from official tournament web sites.
   

Track and field

1. 1. Two types of bets are offered for track and field:
   • Win in a tournament. Determined by final game protocol, published after the competition ends.
   • “Who is better”. In this form of a bet, the better participant is the one who ranks highest at the end of competition. If both participants left in the preliminary stage, the player who participated the longest is considered the winner. If both participants are tied, the bet will be refunded.
2. Rankings of participants are determined by final tournament protocol, published after the end of the tournament. If there are any disqualifications after the tournament had ended and changes have been made to the protocol, Company does not take it into consideration.
3. If the athlete, stated in the list has been disqualified before the beginning of the tournament, the bets will be refunded. In this case bets on “other - winner” will also be refunded.
4. A participant is considered active when he enters any preliminary stage of the tournament.

Chess, Checkers

In chess and checkers the bets are offered on straight win and tie of one of the participants (teams), plus handicaps. Bets are also accepted on a participant (team) making it to second round of the tournament, win of a tournament, and “black or white”.

Cycling, skiing: (cross-country, ski jumps)

The following bets are offered for cycling and skiing:

• Win in a race.

• Who is better. Better participant will be the one who ranks the highest in the final protocol of competition.

Participant results are determined by final official protocol, published after the race has ended. Aftermath athlete disqualifications and changes to the protocol will not be considered by the Company. In case the participants, listed in line, do not start the race, the bets will be refunded.

Curling

The following bets are offered for curling:

• Win in a match.

• Handicap and total.

Bets on a match include extra-end (overtime).

Game show What? Where? When?

The following bets are offered for game show What? Where? When?:

• Win in a match .

• Handicap and total.

• Individual team totals.

Eurovision

The following bets are offered for Eurovision competition:

• Reaching the final stage and winning the completion.

• “Who is better”. The following bet requires picking the participant who will rank the highest in the final round of competition. In case of a tie, the payout will be made with the odd of “1”.

• Place, which a country participant will receive in the final round of competition.

Supplement № 6. Game “Top rank in the end of the season."

Supplement # 7. Olympic games.

1. When betting on “Olympic games winner” it is offered to pick a country-participant, which will receive first place in final medal count (see. Olympic Results Medal Table). If the there are a few first place countries, the payout will be made with an odd of “1”.
2. It is offered to bet on a specific place the country-participant will get in the final medal count table.
3. Betting on “Who is better”. It is offered to pick which country-participant will rank the highest in final medal count table. If case of tie, the payout will be made with an odd of “1”.
4. If for some reason, not all sets off medals (86 sets) were played out, then bets on events “Winner”, “Who is better”, total of gold and other medals compared to gold medals, will be paid out with the odd of “1”.

Supplement # 9. Champions League.

Betting on “Who will do better in group stage”. Better team is considered the one, which will rank the highest in its group. In case of a tie in a group, the better team will be considered the one who has the most points. In case of a tie in a group with the same amount of points, the payout will be made with an odd of “1”.

Betting on “Champions League group stage stats”.

In case of cancelation of one or more matches of CL group stage, all bets will be refunded. If one or more matches are interrupted and not played till end, then all bets on the Champions League group stage stats will be refunded. In case of transferring of any of the matches of Champions League group stage to a neutral field and opponent’s field, all bets on Champions League group stage will be valid.
